This document is the English-language summary of the official Russian-language Consent to Personal Data Processing (Согласие на обработку персональных данных). The Russian version is the legally binding document under Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
By submitting a form on https://targetai.ai/ and ticking the consent checkbox, you grant Limited Liability Company «Target Plus» (ООО «Таргет Плюс»; TIN 2901292779; e-mail: sales@targetai.ai; the «Operator») consent to process the following personal data: surname and first name (if provided), phone number, e-mail, organization name (if provided), and Telegram handle (if voluntarily provided).
Purposes of processing: handling your request (contacting you to clarify the inquiry, scheduling a product demo, answering questions); sending informational materials about the Operator's products and services; conducting negotiations regarding potential cooperation.
Permitted actions include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, retrieval, use, transfer to authorized parties (when necessary to fulfill the stated purpose), blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing is automated. Initial accumulation of data takes place on servers located within the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer may occur when third-party infrastructure is used, subject to the requirements of Russian law, including prior notification of the authorized body and an adequate level of protection of subjects' rights.
Consent is granted from the moment the checkbox is ticked and the form is submitted, and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Subject or until the purposes of processing are achieved, but in any event no longer than 3 (three) years.
You may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written notice to sales@targetai.ai or by post to PO Box 12, 163046, Arkhangelsk Region, Arkhangelsk. The notice must contain your full name, contact details, and the wording «Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing». Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within 30 (thirty) days, unless otherwise required by law or for the performance of a contract.
You have the right to access, correct, block, or delete your personal data, and to file complaints regarding the Operator's actions with Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or in court. The Operator responds to requests within 10 (ten) business days.
Granting consent is voluntary. If you decline to tick the checkbox, you will not be able to submit the form on the Site, but you may contact the Operator directly by phone at +7 (495) 128-48-54 or by e-mail at sales@targetai.ai.
This consent is an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Policy of LLC «Target Plus».
