Categories of data processed: name, phone, e-mail, organization name, optional Telegram handle, IP address (anonymized), cookies, browser metadata. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation in compliance with Article 18.1 of 152-FZ. Cross-border transfer may occur when third-party infrastructure is used, subject to the requirements of Article 12 of 152-FZ.
Subjects have the right to access, correct, block, or delete their data, withdraw consent, and file complaints with Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or in court. Requests should be sent to sales@targetai.ai or by post to PO Box 12, 163046, Arkhangelsk. The Operator responds within 10 business days.
